There are two things customers view as alternatives to PolyLevel, mudjacking and concrete replacement.
Here are the things we've heard them tell us about other alternatives:
Customers seem to like the idea of using a newer technology then mud to fix their concrete problem. Look, people are smart, so it's not difficult for them to understand that adding more of what failed them in the first place is not as good of an option.
Customers resonate well with the discussion about the weight of mudjacking material vs. PolyLevel. When you compare 120 pounds versus 4 pounds, it speaks volumes about which is going to last long and not cause further problems.
The fact that a customer can have their concrete leveled and drive on it right away is another factor they like.
The almost invisible 5/8 inch holes are another reason customers choose PolyLevel.
The fact that PolyLevel creates almost no mess is a distinct advantage over mudjacking. This is especially important to people when you are working inside their home.
Believe it or not, the number one complaint we hear about concrete replacement is the fact that it won't match the surrounding concrete.
Well, the fact that removing and replacing concrete usually takes several days is bad enough, but the add that the lawn usually has to be fixed up around the work area make the situation even worse. Also, waiting a week to drive on it is another inconvenience.
Most contractors refuse to do small concrete replacements.
For large jobs, PolyLevel is typically less than half the price of replacement. That alone speaks volumes.
